gray or green cap? 700

They have had problems with the gray cap. I don't know if any are still available. Green and gray have the same pressure rating. IPD recommends using the black cap (240's?) as it has a lower pressure rating. They contend it would be better for the hoses. Volvo designed it for gray/green so I wonder...
