Side mirrors on 120s 120-130

I think most early cars commonly had a round-head mirrorthat kinda looks british.
Most later 122's seem to be wearing the trapezoid-head like those found on early 140's and later 1800's. There are two different styles: Those with studs that one must reach up in the door to install washers and nuts on (my personal fave), and the external screw type found on E-bay (all the time), or at your local Volvo dealership.
