I've considered the rubberized undercoating myself. I'm not sure which would be better (that or the bed liner). Post back with the results from what ever product you decide to use.
I'm looking to reduce the road noise in my wagon. I'm thinking of using the rubberized undercoating on the inside of the sheet metal in the doors.
I have had good luck reducing noise from the rear by using a fiberglass ceiling tile from Home Depot, trimming it to size, and installing it under the interior panel on the hatch.
