failed NOx test for the 3rd time, Need help now! 700

Forgot to add that if I pinch the small vaccum tube coming from the flame trap, the car idle will immediately drop to 750 rpm. ie, should indicate a leak around that system.

Also took appart the IAC, cleaned and know it is operating away from the car, but cannot determine if it is working in the car. Before cleaning, removing the air feed to the IAC would stall the car. Now it doesn't.
