I was answering this question, in the latter part of Brett's post:
"Another question .... what do you use for the fluid in the hydraulic clutch linkage ? automatic tranny fluid or brake fluid ?"

As I said, I've had VERY good success with DOT 5 and I am pretty sure that
ATF will be disastrous to the rubber parts in the hot-rolic system.
