front caliper pistons stuck on 240; any easy fix?

I just went thru this,I put one pad in on the outside of the caliper and pressed the (brake) pedal until the inside pistons came out.Then take PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench and soak the pistons,let it set in and try pushing them back then,You may have to work them back and forth.
