I would verify that mileage carefully. Maybe the odometer has already flipped over once. The biggest problem with any 1800 is rust, rust, rust in that order. Go over every inch of the car, removing anything you can to get at the metal, assuming you are able to do this. Does it run? Has it been sitting for a while? These cars really suffer from being idle, brake systems deteriorate, gas tanks rot from condensation. FI system seals and such dry out. Without seeing the car and looking it over it's hard to put a value on it. As far as a reconditioned car, values vary greatly. I just saw one on IPD's classifeds for $20,000. That's a bit ridiculous.
