My father owns a tire store so i get to dink around with a lot of diffrent tires. A good size for a 240 is a 205/55/15 (assuming you have 15 inch tires) this provides a relatively wide tread with a fairly stiff sidewall. As for tire recomendations i would suggest Toyo TPT's, FZ-4's or T1-s' the TPT last longer than the others, the FZ-4 is probably the most high performance ans the t1-s is somewhere in between. A new tire which im think of trying this summer is the Yokohama avs es-100 very neat tread, well priced and the AVS named is respected. Another more expensive high priced choice is the AVS intermediate very neat tire. Kuhmo also offers a lot of high performance tires at a reasonable price including the ecsta series tires (Ecsta Supra) well i hope this helps you in your decision Dave
