No, it would not fit and the 122 heater is about as good. As I mentioned
if it doesn't get warm enough, put some cardboard in front of the radiator.
And I've still got the block heater if you decide you want it. But the 122
is no harder to start than a 164, in fact it is easier to crank using essentially the same starter and battery.
