To the best of my knowledge the Pentas were all carbureted so if it has
the FI ports drilled and plugged, it is probably a repainted passenger car
head.
You might measure the thickness. E heads are 85.5mm thick and F heads are
87 mm. Might also be good to measure the intake valve diameters.
Does it have holes for the coolant temp sensor and the auxiliary air regulator?
Don't know if I have any whose numbers match but you could post the numbers
and maybe we could guess together.
