thanks you two for replying. the first thing i did was the 'ol spin the fuses trick b/c i've been there too. when i crank the motor the fuel pump relay will not energize.. this leads me to believe that the ignition switch is bad. the car did not sputter or anything. just cut right out and would not re-start. also somthing thats wierd is the amp light is not on when the key is on. i have checked my ground circuts.. to the block and the body. am going to get a junk fuel relay and a ignition switch. will be back shortly. j
