Funny you should ask as I just had the opportunity to open one of these up this week and by chance took a photo of an "exploded" view. I do not have a place to put the image on the web and post it here but if you send me your email address I will send you the image as well as the explanation of how the components work. In the meantime I will look for someone or somewhere to post the image so that anyone who might have an interest can have a look.
