Only passenger window not functioning, has power and clean switch 200

All,

I've been stuck with a passenger window that will not work, I've cleaned the switch and even checked with a multi meter to see that I had power getting to the switch, on rare, freak occasions it will work and I feel lucky to get it rolled back up; I'm confused and I wonder if there is a regulator that controls that particular window, I've been stumped for a while.
