No and no. It's not a bolt in procedure anyway. With lots of time, money, and welding, almost anything falls into the realm of "could", but there is not a simple, easy way to do this.
If you need more power, there are plenty of options for the 140 engine. (B20)
A stock rebuild with a new cam would probably do wonders for it. They weren't slow cars for their day. See here for contemporary road test info:

If you must have a faster, more modern car, well, plenty of 240s are around cheap and even 850's are getting to be under $2000 now...
