My car is a 1989 760 / B280F. Presumably it has LH 2.4, but I can't see any OBD connectors or any light that says 'Check Engine'. I pulled out the instrument cluster and shone a light through each of the bulb holes; still couldn't find it. Is it possible that this car doesn't have one?
