Thanks for your reply! Yes each housing has an extended screw/knob on the back which I guess turns and adjusts the reflectors. Going to attempt tonight! I actually got the kit from The Netherlands and was much cheaper than the price from IPD and the lights are new too although took about a month to ship. Saw some kits on eBay and contacted the seller (Ferenc) and sold me a new kit offline. I think alleuro.com has them available too! They look great though and don't understand why Volvo went with plastic for the US spec models...I had an '82 with the Cibies...why didn't they just stick with glass...oh well!
