The first thing I would check would be the fuses. From there I would check for voltages at both pump connectors. There is an access hole in the floor under the rug up near the rear seat. If you put your ear to the open filler hole you should be able to the hear the in tank pump running. Also make sure all your vac lines are secure, make sure the big rubber boot under the intake is not ripped. If these prove to be good check for loose connections in the compartment. My money is on the fuses, if not a big vacuum leak will cause this as well. If all else fails, make sure your timing belt is still aligned..
