I asked thisonce myself. The fuel you are talking about is E-85, right? To run this you have to have a purpuse built car (or purpously modified engine). Different qualities to the fuel, its cumbustion, needed compression, fuel pressure, etc. I looked for my post about the subject but it seems to have disappeared. Wish I had a better answer.
