Where are you bleeding the fluid??? 200

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. This is a really great forum. I am almost 70 years old and have bleeding brakes manually since I was 15. I probably should get a power bleeder since I have three other old turkeys to work on (2 BMWs and a vanagon)but I am currently using the old "he pumps four times and holds, while I momentarily crack the bleed valve" mehod. as long as I close the valve before he lets go of the pedal, I should be all right (I thought).
I guess I will have to pop for a bleeder and will get back to you with the results.
Thanks again, Al
