Loosen the tensioner bolt and turn the engine clockwise continuously for two revolutions and stop on #1 TDC AND MAINTAIN TORQUE ON THE CRANKSHAFT.
It only takes one hand to tighten the tensioner bolt while you hold the crank from kicking back and taking up the slack you generated in the timing belt.
Don't loosen up the timing belt tensioner bolt too far...it tends to allow the belt to run forward on the cam gear and since you haven't taken off the top of the timing belt cover you can't see it and/or it might wear on the inside of the top cover or try to come off.
