Steve..

Before you get fogs that will not fit..

Your car (the blue one in the picture) does NOT have a "body kit" on it. At least not on the front end. Your front looks very much like the stock '90-'92 740 bumper cover and fog lights.

The optional volvo body kit uses different fog lights that mount integral to the front bumper cover and do not "stick out" like the normal '90+ fogs.

There is (or at least used to be) a guy on ebay selling what he was calling the volvo fog kit for '90-'92 740's. HOWEVER, this was actually the kit for the optional body kit (and will not fit your brick).

I picked up a previously owned, but new kit for my 745 from the brickboard classifieds for a little under $100. And it only took me 3 years...
