Yes, you can convert to e-code headlights. For the european ones, go to Bram Smits' site. The better value is to go with the e-code replacement headlights which give excellent lighting and are direct replacements for the existing sealed beam headlights. Either type of headlight will do much better if you install headlight relays in the engine compartment.
