I used Grace's Ice and Water Shield (roofers' stuff that comes in rolls) over POR 15, with that insulation/heatshield (fiber+aluminum foil) that J.C. Whitney sells over that on the inside. POR 15 on the outside with spraycan undercoating over that where needed, like, in wheel wells. Seems to be doing the job. No way moisture is going to get to the floor from the inside, which is how F. Flintstone Volvos are, usually, created.
