It seems that they wanted twenty bucks for running it, so I told you, it would cost TWENTY BUCKS, or $14.99 for ONE! I don't think that's an unfair amount of money for the service they provide. Nor is it an amount that someone who is buying a 1993 240, could not afford to pay.

And listen to this, if you want to compare "I've done this and I've done that for people on the Brickboard" fine. I've run enough f-in CARFAXES for people here to last me the next ten years, but one thing I can't stand is people SOLICITING FREE CARFAX REPORTS from others. I've realized that when you delve into the land of the "Something for free" crowd, all you get is trouble. I've never had so many problems with people than when I offered a free interior for a 240. PErfect interior, stored indoors since 1986. (from an 85 that was a huge wreck). I got every a-hole in the book, wanting me to ship it halfway across the world, wanting me to part it out, wanting me to pull the foam out of it... WHATEVER!

So if you want to get all self-righteous about who is doing all these things for free, for the Brickboard, go for it.

AND ANOTHER THING... a few people who I have run carfaxes for, have paid me back in far greater ways, when it was never my intention to begin with. Furthermore, they were people who didn't solicit anything. I merely offered it.

SO by being nice and offering, I got something in return, which never even crossed my mind when I did it in the first place. I guess those are the best people on the board. Sorry if you got offended, but you aren't the only person on the board who does things for other people.
