Jerry,
I suppose you could tap the manifold. The alternative would be to change your breather set-up as per B18. That's what I did with my B20, i.e., PCV valve on top of the oil trap, hose from there to the manifold nipple; hose from oil filler cap to insert between air filter and carb. If I understand Phil correctly, you could then use a T, which would reduce the spaghetti on top of your engine by one noodle.
