Good point about the condensor. They do break down in time, and that can be fiendishly hard to troubleshoot -- it's possible to get nice single sparks when testing, but not be able to fire the coil at the rate the engine needs to run.

I used to be cheap enough not to change the condensor with every points change -- never again.
