About to embark on a fix up--89 745 B230FT manual trans station wagon

1. What transmission oil do I uses and how to check level?
2. What are the torque settings for the exhaust manifold bolts and the turbo manifold bolts?
3. Service plate says brakes are a 3 which I understand for your FAQ's is DBA front (not Girling or Bendix), what is DBA and why don't any of the parts suppliers online show a DBA option?
4. What is the tool to check brake disk run out, what cost and where to purchase?
5. Driver side rear won't open as lock won't come up all the way, is this just a mechanism adjustment after taking off door panel?
6. I blew two turbos and sent a lot of oil thru catalytic converter (passed emission inspection on the first one). Do I need to worry about the cc or just for inspection?
