new windshield wiper problem 200 1990

Hello

I recently replaced my wiper motor because my wipers stopped working. I ordered one from FCP Groton (either rebuilt or new, not sure which) and it worked perfectly....for one day. Now the wipers only go on when I have the switch in the high speed position..nothing in normal and nothing in intermittant. In addition to this, when I turn off the wipers they dont park themselves, they just stop wherever they were when I switched them off.

Is this the motor?
