Yes, but... 700

R22 and R134A are not exactly "safe" for the ozone. Believe it or not, they are just "less ozone depleting" tha R12. If you think things are confusing now with refrigerants, wait till R22 and R134A come around on the "banned" list. When I got my EPA liscense for stationary equipment, they told us the schedule and although I can't remember the exact date, every chlorinated hydrocarbon refrigerant was on the list to be banned. They just stretched out the schedule so that millions more would have to be poured into research and development every 10 years or so to find a new way to keep things cool.
