Sounds like you DO know something about Kjet--but don't go into the fuel distributor just yet. I'm a bit short on time right now, but here are some thoughts...
1. The "funny thing" is the Frequency Valve, and it's a likely suspect since it directly controls/influences basic mixture. It should be "buzzing" or pulsing on and off at a nominal 50% duty cycle with Key On.
2. Jumper fuse 7 to fuse 5 as a quick way to run fuel pumps (don't need Key On).
3. Did you lift the "airflow plate" when checking injectors? I don't think the FD will deliver any fuel till cranking air flow lifts the plate. Take the air inlet duct off and try to feel if the plate is free to move.
4. Yes, The CPR (WUR) could be plugged or something (not bleeding fuel back to the tank) and putting excessive pressure on control plunger. Can't think of an easy way to check it--unless you could rig a spare line to the smaller (?) port maybe???
