Ignition Control 700

You might want to re-post and ask that specific question. You will likely get a few good responses from people more knowledgable than me. Over the years I have had several odd performance problems kinda like this that ended up being due to bad/loose/leaky vacuum hoses, so that is usually the first place I look. The hesistation and missing might be due to a bad vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator. A new one will cost less than $1 from you local NAPA. Other than that, check out the 700/900 FAQ section "engine tune-up & performance". You might find something there that helps.
Good luck,
