Compression Test Procedure ? 200

Engine should be warm so cylinder walls and rings have oil.
Disconnect wires from negative coil terminal to prevent damage to ignition module and fuel pumps running.
Remove all plugs for faster engine cranking.
Throttle should be held fully open for max cylinder filling.
Crank at least 3 full rotations during each test.
The remote crank lead on left fender may be momentarily connected to +12 Volts in place of using the key to crank engine.
