Replacing the windshield 200 1985

Prices vary widely- I've heard of retail prices from $175 to $400 installed. Shop around, ask about discounts. Sometimes places run promotional prices.

The price may be less if you go to their shop- most of the companies run from mobile installation trucks.

The windshield you want is for the 91-93 240. It comes with black rubber trim attached, and it's easier for the guys to install. Your old aluminum trim gets discarded. Try to take any items off the dashboard and the front seat area- it's easier for the guys. They cover it up to make sure there's no little bits of glass but it's easier to find them with a clean car.
If you have any friends in the automotive business, ask them which company their dealership uses- if they'll charge you close to wholesale, you'll be way ahead of the game. The wholesale price on a windshield is only $105-125, so they have a lot of profit in what's charged to the consumer or the insurance company.
