Hesitation on Acceleration

My 89'740gl just had a lot of work done to diagnose a bad ICM. I replaced all of the vaccum hoses, cleaned the throttle body, put in a new flame trap, among other things.($1000)later all is well but I still have a hesitation on acceleration and a slight "miss" when idleing. I'm trying to find the cause. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be appreciated.
