Fixing the sheared key of a crank timing sprocket

Kuba, those are nice shots of good work. A fine example of fixing with what's on hand. Thanks.

I guess I'll have to start paying more attention to the torque 'n' angle tightening instead of relying on the feel of the breaker bar on the heel of my hand. I'd hate to find out I was a "#$%@!& mechanic" after a timing belt job.

This is a valuable post. I would have missed it if I had my normal filter set for 200 series or 700 series, though I recognize a B230 crank sprocket.
