leaks 1800

My sisters 1800 B18 1964 S model has a couple of real bad leaks that I got to fix :) First one is the speedo angle drive, I need a new one and cable houseing. With good seals, anybody know if these are available NEW I missed a used one on Ebay but used doesnt excite me, I already have a used one and it leaks trannie fluid badly.
Second leak, The engine oil is leaking out from around the down pipe on the drivers side. I cannt find anything about this in the books Ihave, what kind of seal is in there. the oil is dripping, oozing down from the inlet to the block to the floor yuk. Her car is running a lot better with the new crane 700 unit, next will rebuild the weber carb and then attend to the blue smoke that belches out the exhaust. This engine in not very old so I suspect valve seals or something like that. Would like to know what the normal compression is on these motors....Her's was quite high last year, way higher than one would expect any blue smoke ?????
Thanks for the help. Drippy down pipe and speedo leaking Thanks
