I'm not so sure it would fit. The 240 windshield is meant to be glued down and the 67 140 has a rubber seal. My 67 144 has the foggy windshield too, and I have a new rubber seal. The glass shop I called said "no problem, we'll just glue it down". I won't be back there again.
