Engine Assembly Grease?? 700

You can buy it at Autozone, etc. It does contain some sort of anti-wear compounds but I have no idea what kind. From what I can remember, it was specifically created to handle the high loads when an engine is reassembled, but before oil pressure is adequate. I use it anytime I pull a camshaft or even do a valve adjustment. Or naturally, more serious repairs.
