How I fixed my 240's Rotten Bumper

I'm just about to do the same thing on my 740 rear bumper which seems to be held on only by my tow hitch. The bolts holding the bumper from the rear seem to have rusted thru. I need to get the plastic skin off for a good look tho. Maybe its the plastic bumper cover causing a damp environment that makes it rot. I suppose I'll find out when I eventually get in there.
