I have put bearing grease in mine but am not very happy with it.
I got a kit from a company in the Netherlands, cost about $105,
that includes all the seals, bearings, etc. If you don't need new
bearings the kit is cheaper. The name of the company was Scandcar.

You will probably need a puller of some kind to get the pittman arm
off, and a pickle fork will not have a wide enough throat and may
also damage the aluminum housing.
