First, get out your credit card. Slip the card under the cartridge about center and see if it will release. Just push the card in till you feel resistance, then push a little more. Usually ejects the cartridge. If it ejects, empty all discs and reinsert, then push the eject button. If this does not work, dismount the unit, remove the top cover and manually clear the jam.
