Yes, that was my issue with my Sedan. Bad Trailing arms can knock the butt end down about an inch at the wheel wells so it will be lower at the rear bumper.
If you have clunking coming from the back during acceleration or some clunking going slowly over speed bumps... Do the Trailing arms first before thinking springs.
