Try Leatherique.com, excellent product but expensive, 4 step process. Their web site seems a bit disorganized but don't let that turn you off. I am in the process of treating the front seats on my V90 right now. So far the results are impressive. The leather has become very supple and smooth. Color is restored even over the cracks and scuffs with their dye. My seats were scuffed and some cracks (1/16" maximum), no rips. When finished I expect them to look new.
Will post results with photos when finished.
