a/c conversion 200 1991

The dealer's instructions would be good, if they'll copy out of the Green (Volvo) manual for you. SOme places will do that, some won't. That is the biggest tool, since most of the rest of the conversion is easy. The hardest part is really getting the compressor out to drain the oil. They're so heavy, they can impact the time that the job would usually take, very negatively. Don't give up on it; the compressor comes out after a while even though it weighs a lot.

I have done a lot of successful conversions (the right way, with the kit and replacing the appropriate parts and oils). They are worth the money and the time that you put in on the front side.
