Check the 700/900 FAQ's about replacing the the Knock Sensor. Appearantly it is very sensative to how much the bolt is torqued. (You might just want to try re-torquing the old one before purchasing the new one.)

BTW - I've read somewhere that the Regina system doesn't call for Cold Start Injection unless it is quite cold (like down around 0 deg F).
