Transmision problem¿? 900 1996

Today when turn on my car 960 '96 early morning the transmision ( winter, sport, economy bottoms ) start blinking lights, I press E, but W blinking, if press S, W still blinking, then stop the car and turn on again, still blinking lights, first time happen... also the arrow on the dashboard start blinking.
Please help me with that.
