Wiring Harness question for 83 GL b23E engine.

So I've figured out my wiring harness is completely shot. Does anyone know if a harness from an american spec b23f engine will fit? Or better yet what is the part number that I should be looking for?

Again the car is an Australian Spec 1983 GL with the B23E engine which is fuel injected.
