SRS fault codes -at the dash... please help! 200 1990

Jon,

One thing I have found with the SRS light when the codes will not reset is to clean the two connections under the carpet by the drivers right ankle. Just below the forward console cover. Also clean the ground connections underneath the driver s seat. Be sure to disconnect the neg bat cable and allow ten minutes for the SRS sys capacitor to discharge.
