I think in PSI for pressure. It's a much nicer measurement, and sounds bigger. I have 100PSI slicks on my bike, and I like the fact that they've got 100PSI on the sidewalls in red and blue letters. Makes me feel significant. They also help me ride faster than my brick goes right now (my amputee grandfather walks faster than my brick goes right now)
