122 Steering Box kit 120-130

Try a local bearing house for the two oil seals. You need:

(1) 22x32x7TC
(1) 25x36x7TC

The front cover with the four bolts has metal shims behind it, not any sort of soft gasket. These set the endplay of the steering shaft. Don't kink them, don't lose one, and they should go back in just fine.

The top cover gasket you can easily cut out of stiff gasket stock.

The arm at the bottom has to be removed with a puller, and they can resist that procedure. Scribe the arm and the splined shaft so you know how it goes back together. Scribe the steering arm and the case so you know how that aligns.

As long as it's apart, you might replace the steering coupler (where the two parts of the steering shaft join). If it's an early '67 or older, urethane VW Beetle couplers go about $5 complete with new stainless hardware, and fit perfectly. You even get a choice of colors.
